Mission Keeping the Martial Spirit of Okinawa Karate and Kobudo a Living Art!

The Club started in September 2012 on the campus of Minnesota State University- Mankato, Minnesota USA. Club sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Practicing the following arts: Mukenkai Shorin-Ryu Karate, Ryukyu Kobudo Shimbukan and Self-Defense/Bunkai.

Dues are $40 per semester for Non-college students; uniform/gi: $25-$40; and belts or patches: $10-$20. Any testing fees would be assigned by Timothy Jurgens Shihan of our club site.

We are non-profit club, any dues will be spent on purchase of equipment/weapons, honorariums to guest instructors and seminar fees.
